What is the ARRA?

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) is an act that passed in February of this year that provides billions of dollars to fund projects and incentives assisting in the nation's economic recovery. Stimulus funds are allocated to support many economic factors.

What does this mean for you?

Section 1605 of the ARRA and FAR subpart 25.6 stipulate Buy American requirements in order to receive and use stimulus funds for over 180,000 products that are made right here in the USA.  Ensure your compliance and read more about the act here.
